How do you get access to our model?
How do you get access to our model?
We work with your preferred file sharing method, whether that's Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Dropbox, or another secure platform. All data transfers are encrypted and secure.
What if we don't have a model yet?
No problem! We can create a new BIM model from your existing CAD drawings or perform a Scan-to-BIM service to capture your building's current state.
How quickly can you deliver updates?
Our standard turnaround for minor updates is 2-3 business days. For more complex changes, we'll provide a specific timeline. Emergency updates can be expedited for clients on Pro and Elite plans.
Do you work with our architects or separately?
We can work either way. We're happy to collaborate with your design team or work directly with your facilities staff. Our goal is to integrate seamlessly with your existing processes.
